•All content created and shared by both interacting parties should always be protected as CONFIDENTIAL and PRIVATE information, and should not be shared outside of the interacting parties, UNLESS with the approval of BOTH parties, such as by prior disclosure by an Element within the applicable Proposal, with subsequent Shake, or by separate Proposal and Shake. To protect your information, please do not provide your password to anyone.
•ShakeTool and any content created by either party is not, and should NOT, be represented as, or considered to be, a legally binding agreement or contract, NOR should any user, content, structure or information herein be deemed as offering legal guidance.
